AcceleDent uses soft pulse technology, transmitting calibrations, or micropulses, to the roots of your teeth and to the surrounding bone. These vibrations increase activity on the cellular level, causing the rate at which your teeth move to speed up. The force used by the device is only 25g — eight times less than using a power toothbrush and two hundred times less than chewing! If you are interrupted while using the AcceleDent, you can pause for up to five minutes and resume without having to start over.
